Out on bail? Where is he now with his weapons? He'll be at the hearing - yeah!
Wrist slap...the weapons were confiscated. But I agree that the guy is a definite flight risk. I only hope that the people on his death list are prepared to defend themselves if he should show up at their doors.
Someone should certainly check his medications! Sounds all too familiar to me! "Homicidal ideation" (constant ruminating thoughts of killing and how to kill), leading to making long lists of victims, is a listed side effect of the most popular antidepressant on the market.
