No parking on Main Street in Park City for the movie glitz and site seeing crowd...OH BOO HOO.
I think the ticketing should come before the chastising. It isn't the job of the police to tell people what is right and wrong. Just write the ticket and get out.
If they have the money to attend the festival, they have enough to pay a parking fine.
