Where is Utah classified as a "rural" state? About three-fourths of Utah residents live in the four counties (Weber, Davis, Salt Lake and Utah) comprising the urbanized Wasatch Front.
I would suspicion that Utah will enter the Michigan era in the next four or five years as their taxes are almost a mirror image of each others.
Now the Governor wants to tax the service industry..why not they probably need another new parking lot for the Capitol.
Taxes are just pass throughs any way and the consumers(taxpayers) will get another seven percent added to their, Dentist, Doctors,Attorney...etc bills, so the people get nicked again.
