Is it the liberal's want their socialist utopian entitlement spending to be a central part of the discussion on controlling the federal deficit in the future? like Joe Biden always did. Conservatives think wars are an entitlement that never has to be paid for. Conservative states like Alaska and Utah have no problem taking more form the federal government than they pay in. Utah feels free to charge me a tax if I travel there for my room, because Utahans feel entitled to money I worked for.
