OUCH! What a fluke and a nightmare!
Some lessons are better learned from other's experiences. Looks like I'll be hiring someone to clean mine.

Lessons learned from this: cleaning can be hazardous!!!! Poor woman. I have to admit I laughed though. I feel for her though!
