I never watched scrubs until it went to re-runs on KJZZ-14 at night. I love it. I think it is very funny and original. I was happy to hear ABC pick it up for another season.

I have been a true follower of this sitcom. I absolutely love this show and all of the characters. I am so excited for this season and hope for more to come.

The Authority

The only problem with this show is it focuses on the wrong character. J.D. is a whiney, womanizing, immature idiot and his antics are tedious after this long. This show should focus on Dr. Cox, who is the prototype for House, only funny. Plus he's not irritating.

Andrew

The two new episodes tonight were both great. Can't wait for next week!

Jake

Scrubs has been consistently funny and clever since it's beginning. I am glad ABC picked it up. NBc was foolish for not supporting it while they had the chance for the past 7 years.

Dirk

Scrubs is a great show and has been for 7 years. How many shows gladly show off their barbershop quartet a few times a year?

Doug

The Authority is right. Dr. Cox consistently has the most memorable and thoughtful scenes in any given episode. I pray the series goes on without JD and his Appletini. The Janitor's exit was overdue. Is there any funnier episode than "My Musical"?

Ryan

Cox has his place, but the key to his appeal (like many supporting characters) is that he is not overused. JD is the narrator and protagonist, so it would be a completely different series without him. He also produces the show's funniest moments; the bromance between him and Turk provides a huge comedic well for the writers to draw from, and JD's inner monologue sets up many of the show's most successful gags ("quick - do something equals would do!").

As for Cox being the precursor for House, meh. I hope Scrubs never becomes as one-note as that show is.
