Right On! Ms Webb is a fantastic person. It was always tons of fun to be in her class. She inspired thousands of students and helped many choose to "Dare To Risk". What a wonderful lady!

Merilee,
You blessed my life when I sang in the University Chorale at BYU under your direction -- none of us were professional, but you helped us love to sing!

Then, a couple of years ago you led our stake's YW at the general YW meeting, and truly blessed those girls (and all of us who listened) then.

What a beautiful young woman and one who has developed and used her talents to bless so many lives. Music has always been a part of our family's lives. Merilee, you are related to "us". Your grandma and my dad are brother and sister, so it has "extra meaning" to me to read about you and to have watched you conduct the music at the General YW and RS meetings. I'm proud of you for sharing your musical gifts. Your BYU Hawaii Pres. Shumway was from my "small" hometown; his mother was one of my music teachers meny years ago, also.

I'm sure Sister Webb is a wonderful person and a joy to sing for. I have seen her conduct several times and felt like her style was a little over the top and distracting. I doubt that is her intent, but it might help to know that, for some of us, her style detracts from the music and the beautiful sound she works so hard to get out of her choirs.
