That's good news that Jackson's okay. His defense and athleticism is huge for making this Cougar team great.
Jackson is quickly becoming one of my favorite Cougars with his hustle in all aspects of the game. Amazing that he came home off his mission not long ago and playing at the level he's playing at. I'm happy we'll have him and Jimmer in the back court together for two more years.
Jackson had six rebounds and he only played half of the game. This kid can play the game. It is tough gaurds like this that get wins in the post season and on the road!
Sicerley yours
Suds.....
The dynamic duel of Jimmer and Emery will replace Batman and Robin and will blow teams away the next 2 years. We have never had an agressive duel in the back court before. The teams that do the best in March Madness are the teams with the best back court. Look out! Cougars are going to blow the teams away with this dynamic duel. Bateman and Robin are out and Jimmer and Emery are in and will win the game against Wake Forrest. COUGARS WILL WIN!
We were robbed at Arizona State, but I think it was a good wake up call for the team. Commard must score over twenty to win the big games too. GO COUGS!!!
We should have a danged good team next year w/ davies at the four. That will allow tavernari to move to three
yes, we were robbed at arizona state, but not on the last call. that call was correct. it was the rest of the game that was robbery. good old pac10 officials.
Hey Fastbreak:
I don't think we want to see a DUEL in the backcourt! But Emery and Jimmer do make a pretty goo DUO, now don't they. I gothcha buddy! I don't agree with what you said only what you meant. Ha Ha Ha
God Bless Ya

Suds,
If we wanted to improve our grammer, we would be reading Shakespear or sitting in English class, not wasting our time in these blogs.
*Shakespeare
Let me get this straight--you want to write comments on this board, but you don't care about grammar or the other standard rules of English that help us understand each other?
OK, then, but don't complain if other people tell you you sound uneducated, point out your mistakes, or decide that anything else you have to say isn't worth reading. Your choice.
No way he'll start next year. He can't even make it through a high school game without getting into foul trouble.
He has pure basketball talent and will mature and improve greatly year to year. He may struggle with needless fouls this year, but he'll be refined under Rose' tutelage and will shine as a Cougar--bet on it. And watch for his teammate, Kyle Collinsworth (Chris' younger brother) to join him the following year. The Cougs are drawing great talent from Utah Valley . . .
Coach Rose has this team playing well. It is exciting to see the balance on this years team. Can't wait until we play Utah. They had a good win tonight , but they look vunerable to the type of up tempo game the Cougs play.
Go Cougs!
and the final score was...........????
Who won? What was the score? What is the team's record?
BYU won 74-68. They're now 11-1.
Go Cougs.
One of the more cheesy comments I have read in a while :)
I wonder if Emery will match up vs. Teague or if they will let Jimmer guard him. Teague lit BYU up last year with dribble penetration.
