Korver sighting | 1:26 a.m. Dec. 27, 2008
Although Korver did not show up in the rebound, assist, steals, blocks or made three pointer column in 16 minutes of action he was able to log a turnover which indisputibly proves that he was on the floor.

If you need further proof, just ask Dallas what ended their 4th quarter run. It was when the invisible Specialist without a specialty went out of the game.

Sounds like Tyrone Corbin may have been mentoring Miles and Brewer all the way to SLC on the plane! Good work, guys. We have a lot of talent on our team. The dedicated fans know the Jazz can step up to the challenge. The players need to believe it also.

Did Korver play more minutes than CJ? If he did, I wouldn't be surprised!! Sloan likes all his old timers because they run his out-of-date offense and defense and do not ask questions.

People need to give this kid a break. He's really good. He just needs time and confidence. He'll be ok. Great game from Miles and Brewer last night.

Does anyone know why sloan had Brewer on the bench down the stretch? Sloan all too often sits the hottest players just for the sake of routine.

CJ and Brewer are the most athletic of all the Jazz players and just need time and experience and they will be really good if not all star quallity players. Kosta Koofos looks like he will be very good, he's quick and aggressive and works hard. He can play both the 4 and the 5 positions and with experience who knows how good he can become. Fes is big and has alot to offer but I don't know if he can figure it out or not. It is hard for young players to get enough time under coach Sloan as he is hard on young players. He coaches with negative reinforcement and a quick hook and players are afraid to try for fear of making a mistake and being pulled or not leaaving the bench for quite some time. If they survive his coaching they'll end up very sound fundamentally and be better for it but it's hard and gaining confidence is difficult under those circumstances.
Hopefully CJ, Brewer, Koofos and Fes can get enough time to figure things out and gain the confidence to play to there abilities and potential.

Good observations Craig.I totally agree with your comments and post.I probably believe in Fes's potential and ability more than 99% of the Jazz fans out there. He obviously needs alot of guidance and coaching (good job for assistant coaches),but I believe more than anything he needs playing time. When he doesn't play his play timing is off.I believe if he gets some game time play action he could develop into a very good low post player in this league. Exactly what this Jazz team needs.(Or any team for that matter.)Really good low post 7 ft.+ centers are hard to come by.

Now that Collins is back Jerry Sloan is going to have to decide: Who is it more important to develop for the future of this Jazz team? Collins or Fesenko?

I think Kyrylo Fesenko. He and Koufos could be twin towers to be reckoned with for years to come. Just my opinion.
