All workers of a company have the right to know what chemical hazards they are exposed to and the treatement of these chemical exposures. These companies are using a defense of propriatiry secret as an excuse not to disclose the information. What's propriatry is the formula, not the chemicals used and there should be full disclosure required. Should Utah also inact some laws requireing disclosure? After all, we are next in line for rampant drilling and exploration. The companies are responsible and required to disclose and protect its workers from exposure to hazardous and dangerous working conditions. Have the american people and government been so blinded by greed that they are willing to give up their habitat? Are we so willing to allow the mass killing of ourselves and families that we can excuse this kind of secrecy in what we are being exposed to? It seems the oil companies want us to. This is why we need controls on developement and destruction by corporate america. Just wondering why this wasn't disclosed before and how many workers and non workers have died because of the secrecy. These companies deserve massive law suits from prior victims deaths and losses.
