Comments about ‘High school boys basketball: Copper Hills shoots past Granger for rousing win’

Thanks for the nice write up. Steven's actually only a junior. The whole team is doing awesome this year and we're all looking forward to an excellent season.

Many thanks to Coach Smith and his staff for their tireless work in helping form this team into the unit it is this year.

I was able to attend this game and all i can say is if copper hills thinks they can take anything good away from this game thay are crazy. Their opponent had no desire to even be there and the fact that copper hills even gave up 42 points shows that their defense has a lot of work to do. Before they even think about using their name in the same sentence as Bingham, Riverton, or West Jordan they better start learning how to defend because these teams will pick them apart all night.

Wow I am not a fan of ethier of these teams and did not even attend the game. I just read the article and the horrible post that some person put. It just makes me mad that a person with not much to do would put down a program and it's players after a good win against another team. Are you bored of World of Warcraft? Or are you just angry cuz someone made fun of you today? Copper Hills can take alot from this game and should be proud of the way they performed . Don't listen to people who just want to cause conflict.

The guy is only sharing his observation. When you win as often as Bingham does/has it's common place to have a better understanding of the game itself. CH, feel good about the win, that's fine, but what's being told to you is that you were far from impressive. Same old story on the west side of the valley. The southern schools will lead the pack for the most part.

When are West Side kids going to stop being selfish. Realistically, Granger stood a pretty darn good chance of beating CH on this night, playing at home. You have to keep your emotions in check. Have some discipline Lancers!

Warning to region III, watch out for Hunter, they're going to sneak up and beat some teams. Oder of finish; WJ, Riverton, Bingham (sorry Miners, down year), Hunter, CH then Kearns.

IF Granger had Tj Tapusoa they would've won or made it a very interesting game and thats a fact

Just remember, any win is a good win for copper hills because they really aren't used to it. Just go back to 2001 when you used to actually make the playoffs but lose in the first round. Those were the glory days Grizzlies!!!

you bingham fans keep in mind that the starters and top bench players for copper hills didn't play the entire second half...

Also, why do bingham fans feel the need to comment on copper hills articles and put down copper hills? are you a little nervous to play them or something becuase i don't see any riverton or west jordan fans commenting on copper hills articles. just a thought

Ray Tapusoa couldn't play on the team this year due to personal reasons. But if we had Ray he would droppin 30 every night. too bad hes in vegas now. if u wanna look him up. check out sierra vista in vegas

Yeah take it from someone on the team, if we had Ray on the team this year we would definately been champs. The guy is just amazing.
