This may just be an accident, but I wouldn't be suprised if this turns out to be another act of terrorism from the radicalized environmentalist movement that is alive and well funded here in Utah.
Why would anyone want to start a fire that far away from an escape route? The end of F dock is as far away as you can be from the entrance to the docks. If you're going to do that, I would think you would do it on the first docks by the store.
