Thanks for sharing with us. I saw it all in the camel - so humble and patient. I love and admire you both for sharing your testimonies of the reality of the birth of our Savior in such a beautiful sacrifice of your time, money, and well-being, especially at this time of year.

Thanks to all who shared their talents; truly an amazing production....

I attended last night and, frankly, I wasn't expecting much. But, I was very pleasantly surprised. It was fantastic! Very moving, great music. And short, too! (A definite plus in my book.)

Anything Virgina and Bob Baird create and Clive Romney writes the music to, is gold!

We are so very grateful to have been asked to join the crew of many Shepherds for this glorious event! We enjoy being able to share in the giving back to our community. We wish all of you a very Merry Christmas!

This was amazing! Bob & Virginia are very very talented people! The atmosphere was perfect! I loved seeing the live animals, hearing the wonderful music, admiring the costumes, etc.. Can't believe all the many hours of free volunteered time went into this project. Thank you!

The inspiring music, realistic portrayals, live animals, cheerful cast members, wood fires, gentle lighting, fresh snow, and torch light combined to more than offset the bite of the cold. This was an experience I will not soon forget. Thank you all for your significant sacrifices!
Great family event | 12:11 p.m. Dec. 19, 2008
We attended on Thursday night and absolutely loved it. We bundled up and hardly even noticed the cold. It was just the right length. Long enough to get the whole spirit, but short enough for children to enjoy. Our four year old daughter loved the live animals. I would highly recommend this to families! Thanks to everyone who sacrificed so much to make it happen.

Why this event is not covered by anyone other than the DesNews is beyond me. I am so glad my wife heard about it from a friend or we would have missed out on this truly inspiring Christmas event. It was so professional, but I read comments that said it was done by volunteers only? WOW! I thought it was a Hale Center Theater Production or the like. Every bit as good as one in my opinion. Live animals, beautiful setting, costumes, and the MUSIC... Oh the music was incredible! Don't Miss this one. Please do it every year, Echoes Of Christmas people... and THANK YOU for covering the story, DesNews!

Thank you for bringing this to the public. With all the negative Christmas stuff that's going around, this was a breath of fresh air. Please bring it back next year!!!

I also loved your definition of Echoes: When others repeat the original voice/message through the ages to continue its remembrance. BEAUTIFUL!!!
