surely they would have announced the sentencing date. Could you not have reported that? If they didn't, how hard would it be to say that the sentencing date has not yet been set?
What a great day! Justice for Elder Young!
goodness
Ummmm go back and re-read the article--it's not that long, nor is it that hard to see that it does tell you! It states sentencing is set for Monday in Chesapeake. It wouldn't hurt to verify things before whining and thus showing your own ignorance. LOL
Coverage of this case in the Mormon press is biased and misleading. The missionaries were not shot while "knocking on doors", which incorrectly suggests a hate crime. Rather, the victims walked into a violent neighbor dispute and their murder was unrelated to their religion.
It's good that the murderer was convicted. It is disturbing that the Mormon press is trying to use such a heinous crime for political purposes.
This was written by the "ASSOCIATED PRESS". They are definitely not the Mormon Press.
Excuse me, they were knocking on doors. I know, I was in the area serving as they were. Yes they were shot because they witnessed an attempted murder, but they were still knocking doors. Also how often is it said that criminals are Mormon, it's about time we get to use it in our defense. You never hear about criminal's religion if they're protestant.
