This was an interesting story, but I'm just wondering what an "anatomically correct seat" looks like, and how you'd sit on it to lift weights.

I could understand an "ergonomic" seat, though.

I am not that well versed on seats but I like the ones they have at my Gym. I am partial to the recumbent bike because I have a bad back. On Saturday I can watch 3 football games at the same time and argue politics or sports as desired. During the week no football games just FOX news and ESPN. The various weight machines are good but I just can't shrink my waist or lose weight. However my medical doctor is happy.

There is such great versatility getting in a workout with the various machines. This certainly makes it easier to get motivated and helps pass the time during the workout itself. Now there's no excuse!
