Higher education: State colleges, universities trying to spare employees amid budget woes

Whatever the situation, students should not be left hanging. The class should get their money back---if you ask me.
The internet is no substitute to finish a class that really engaged my son's interest esp. the lab that was required with the class.
These young people are our future and their education is a priority. Cut the state personnel at the top before cutting out teaching positions.
