Shoppers have reasons to act like grinches

I suggest you take a tour what you will have to pay else where
The cost are much more by 2 or 3 times higher than my house
Really, I can not buy another house
Probably won't be able to rent
Property Values do not go down till your house is for sale
Your house is only worth what the dump sold for across the street

People don't need to grinch-out just because they can't make a fortune off of a house.
However, I understand that if they lose their jobs, as all too many are, they might need to sell the home. But again, they don't *have* to get the astronomical peak price for their home. It was imaginary wealth in the first place. That is, unless they actually PAID peak prices.
If they lost their job, and have a home they bought at peak, then I don't know what to say. I got laughed at for not buying during that time, and I hated renting, but held strong to my choice. It's REALLY hard to be complained at by the same people who called me chicken little.
That said, I'm sorry for those who have lost their jobs; even if you CAN sell the house, it's sad that you have to. Take heart in knowing that at least you're not a bitter renter like me. :)
