Lifelong LDS person

I have firearms falling out of my pants all the time.
I thought we all did....

Buttars, I HOPE, takes this as a GREAT compliment! MSNBC is athe least reputable of ALL the news services. They gave Obama a large amount of free cheerleading leading up to his win. They are THE MOST FAR-LEFT of any news organization. I didn't see the report but I'm sure it had to do with Buttars wanting to call Christmas what it is, - CHRISTMAS! See, the far-left don't like that! It implies a belief system in something besides secularism, and that makes them nuts!

I thought Foxnews was a little tilted until I saw MSNBC!

By the way, I thought Olbermann lost his job, and they put him in sports or something???

JTM

Can't people see the light that this "war on Christmas" is some made-up war so that some people can choose to feel persecuted? There's nothing wrong with happy holidays- it INCLUDES Christmas, and every other holiday during the season. Why do people choose to think that is somehow a bad thing?

What an embarrassment! Doesn't he realize that every time he's in the media it's over something rediculous? Does the Utah Legislature just funnel all the crazy legislation to him, knowing he's the only one that will actually run it?
Get a job where I'm not the one paying you! You're not worth my dollars!

Falling Guns

That's why I use the stock sling around my shoulders...
Behar is yet another entertainer with a much higher opinion of herself than the rest of the world.

Whoopty Freak'n Do!

I would consider this an honor! I don't give much clout to Keith 'World's Worst Commentator' Olbermann or MSNBC. Maybe this will hurt his and their ratings even further resulting in only about 10 people watching his show?

Funny

Oh West Jordan, how did you vote for this guy AGAIN?

As for the making fun of Mormon thing, as soon as Mormons stop telling everyone that they are the only people who have the correct answer the "attacks" will stop.

But if you ask me, the sword has two edges, and Mormons just do not want to admit that they are antagonistic.

olbermann is the top on my list of most biased "news" person. He's an idot!

Dear C.W.

Keith Olbermann got a raise (four year contract worth $7.5 million per year).

It was all over the news - but you don't watch the news, do you? (Otherwise, you'd know more about MSNBC directly, rather than taking hate-radio's POV for it.)

Keith made an excellent point: If the government passes a law recommending that merchants say only "Merry Christmas", then someone else can recommend that Jewish and Buddhist temples say only "Merry Christmas".

Here's an idea: lets make Utah a Butters free zone. Lets eliminate that unpleasant lump, that at times bulges out and makes offensive or inane noise.

Two words

HA-ha!

Four more words

Buttars--what a fool.

WashCo

Who is stupid enough to watch MSNBC? Not many. They have so few viewers, they can't even rank them in surveys. Keith Olbermann is obviously the WORST PERSON IN THE WORLD. No one else even comes close.

D. Palmer

It doesn't suprise me Christians are now under attack in this country from the media. What is ironic is that it is the Judeo-Christian foundation of our law and political institutions that allows it and they are working to destroy it.

good call

The greatest lesson all the stay-at-home people or talk-show crowd can get from this article is how they need to turn their tvs off! Don't support these freaks or their sponsors. No more Ellen, Oprah, the View, Olbermann, MSNBC, CNN, FoxNews, political parties (yes- both the big ones-- face it) or any other network or program that consistently marginalizes LDS beliefs or people. Don't give them the time or the money to continue oppressing you. Almost no media outlet is on your side-- I guarantee it.

Who noticed?

If the people watching The View had any sense at all, all 3 of them would be offended at Joy Behar's comment, not to mention the laughs from the others. Unfortunately, on the day this program aired, 2 of them were at the hairdresser and the other was getting her nails done, so nobody saw it.

C.W.

BTW: I agree with Scott Pierce, the "ladies" on The View are not near as clever as THEY think they are.

MSNBC Hmm, Based on that I think I like Buttars. He must be doing something right.

R.E. CW

I use the term Merry Christmas, but I don't get offended by people who don't or won't use it. Your the type of person WHY stores use a generic greeting. Because if someone with your ahhh tempermental disposition disagrees with the term 'Merry Christmas' they will sue the stores. This in the end is a non issue sure to consume "Senator" Buttars and others of his ilk.

Michelle

I cannot stand Chris Buttars and have no idea how he keeps being re-elected. He makes me ashamed to be a Utahn because he makes us all look stupid.
