Man, it's depressing seeing everyone injured week after week.

Million aires ARE WIMPs

Can u believe Care -Less boozer, that jerk give %50 TOPs, he can get the heck out of UTAH ASAP. And Jerry Quit leting the players give u half assed effort. I cant stand players Like Harpering and Care-Less Boozer, There spoiled little millionares, who could not handle real work. NO More MONEY SPENT ON THE PUSS BOY JAZZ !!!! Go to seatle where they want a team.

December is bad for Jazz

That should be the title of this article. D-will won't be completely healthy for another couple of weeks at least. Without AK we have no Defense. Maybe we end up having back to back lottery picks at this rate...ours in 09 and NY's in 010 the way this is going. And the way the LAkers and the Blazers are playing, we might not ever have a chance to win it all with this group. We need athletic size... Memo and undersized PF's like Booz and Milsap aren't going to get it done in the Western play-offs this year. (Koufos is a stick at this point.)....especially not with Yao,Duncan,Shaq,Oden,Bynum as potential match-ups. That plus the fact that the Mid-west title is no guarantee this year or in the future due to Denver and Portlands upgrades. KC you might want to start calling around and looking for a trade....

ONE WORD: SKIRT

Man Up!!!

I love how these wimps are missing games because of lame injuries. A sprained index finger? When would Stockton or Malone miss for a sprained index finger. Play through it pansies! Maybe some of the Jazz dancers can fill in. I hear one of them danced through a sprained ankle and strained quad............

casual fan

I'm always amazed at how fragile these over-paid, bulked-up, multimillionaires are. The rest of us just have to buck up and go to work.

1 bucket away

To all you millionaires talking time from working hurt to post your comments I thank you.Let these guys make their own decisions.Jerry Sloan has a B.S. meter, and till he fires the 1ST shot lets just ride them for the horrible defense they have been playing.

Seattle Jazz

Has a nice ring to it!

Jazz will be a 8 or 9 seed! LA will beat them in 5! Hope O'Skankle gets a good puck!

Jazz fan

The Jazz have 2 big problems, Turn overs and defense. Healthy or not those are 2 problems that have to be corrected. I am fairly happy with the 11-7 record with all the injuries but I still think losing at home to Chicago and NJ is unacceptable, 2 subpar teams. The Jazz will finish higher than 8th, The best teams in the west are as follows:
Lakers, Spurs,Rockets, Jazz (not in any particular order.) The Jazz will be fine. I am not woried about that, my big question is when will the turn overs and lack of defense be corrected? The Jazz can make a run but i still forsee a Celtics/Lakers finals. I think the Jazz need another playmaker in the back court and a more athletic big man, I love Memo, I love Ronnie Brewer too but to be a championship team we need to address both of those positions. I love my beloved Jazz and I like the Jazz team. A championship is possible in the future but I still think some changes need to be made. GO JAZZ!

Rich

Idiots are amazingly willing to demonstrate their lack of reasoning power when they're given anonymity. "Million aires ARE WIMPs," for example, judges the severity of a player's injury not by any facts but by his uneducated guesswork. If Boozer came back early and made his injury more severe, he would be criticized. That's what happened when he got hurt shortly after joining the Jazz. He tried to come back too early, and it ended up extending his stay on the injury list and hurting the team's chances of going far in the playoffs. I think it's more logical to assume that people with actual knowledge of the injuries make the decisions regarding their return to the court -- people such as doctors armed with Harpring's x=rays, coaches and the players themselves. In the long run, all these injuries could end up helping the Jazz as the reserves pile up minutes and valuable experience, building their confidence and value to the team. Now, if there were only a way for the DN to divest itself of readers whose IQ is lower than the speed limit.

Jimmy Z

Jimmy Z says Sloan is not what everyone thinks he is.
I have been telling everyone for years that the
guys who play for Sloan, DO NOT PLAY D ..Why
doesnt Jerry get on these guys butts for not playing
d and for giving up the 3.

Question???

Do the Jazz have the Knicks draft pick in 2009?

Jazz?

Man, I miss John and Karl more and more as time goes on.

Interesting:
From nba.com bulls news Sam Smith, today's article (December 1, 2008).

One under the radar free agent for this summer is Utah's Paul Millsap. The thinking is the Jazz will only be able to afford to bring back Carlos Boozer, though Millsap will get a pile of their money if Boozer leaves. They'd like to keep both, which is why there always is Andrei Kirilenko rumors and speculation. One Western Conference coach told me his team prefers when Boozer plays over Millsap because Millsap is such a superior defender

MILLSAP'S A KEEPER

Millsap is a great player, way better than Boozer will ever be. I say get rid of the Booz and Keep Millsap.

BigJazzFan

JOhn And Karl were stupid.

Plauying with injuries all season only hurt them in the playoffs.

Losing many time in the first round.

OR being able to perform to abilites causing them to losin the playoffs due to brioken hands and such.

And all to appease slaon and his foolsih mentality.

The Jazz may have won a chamionship if not that.

Just By letting John and karl rest and heal.

There nohting macho about about playing hurt and losing.

ANd I believe being macho is NOT as important trying to win a championship.

Lable

hopeless

Even if the Jazz were totally healthy, they would not stand a chance in seven games against the Lakers so all this complaining is pointless.
