Holiday's first spending up despite worries

To reply to your question and thought's here:
"EVERYTHING is just peachy" - Signaling the official start of the holiday season is the arrival of Santa Claus in Herald Square during the annual Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade. Following this lively procession, now in its 82nd year, visitors who flock to the City eager to shop and admire the Citys major department store windows can view elaborately themed displays at a number of stores including Bloomingdales, Bergdorf Goodman, Barneys, Saks Fifth Avenue, Lord & Taylor and Macy's.
Next question here: "Why is the media so hell-bent on the negative?".
The Media is always anti-everything and anything good, plus, are a click of negative liberal's.
Hope I was helpful too you?.
Black Friday - is not a racist term.

Post-Thanksgiving sales are up 17% over last year, and the average consumer spent 7% more than last year, and still we get gloom-and-doom reporting? And all because there are significant discounts being offered during this time? When has it ever been otherwise?
