If the Mormans caused the passing of the ammendment in AZ. what caused its passage in the land of the Fruits and Nuts CA?
Could it be that the non-pervert faction finally said "ENOUGH is ENOUGH ?
Maybe the uneducated and ignorant faction.
this is more than about GAY marriage. it's just another road block that the adverary threw in the road to perfection.
This discussion of gay marriage is just another sign that we are in the Last Days. All good LDS people know this. We also know that the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is the only true church upon the face of the earth. It is led by living prophets who have stated that gay marriage is wrong.
At some point all people must accept the Gospel of Christ as expressed by the LDS church. I feel sorry for Gay people who in their obstinacy and sin are condemning themselves to an eternity of unhappiness.
They must repent, join the true church, and live lives of righteousness.
i dont know about that true church stuff but the bible clearly states that homosexual is a sin
The voting was purely democratic. The Gay community will accept the fact that they were not motivated enough to get out and were resting on the ideal that they had it in the bag with the judges' viewpoints. They were snockered. The reality is that it is what it is.
These demonstrations will continue until these laws are overturned.
We saw a group of them Sunday night. They gathered in a group of about 15 in front of the temple, then all lit up cigarettes and walked onto the grounds. They were hoping the hosts would ask them to leave for smoking, then they could lie about it and claim they were removed for being gay or for protesting.
It didn't work.
The only thing these people are demonstrating is their hatred of anything honest or decent and their devious, disingenuous ways of fighting anyone that stands in their way.
Thanks for the demonstration.
If Mormons were so powerful, wouldn't Mitt Romeny be president? Mormons comprise 2% of California, so while Mormons were involved in the issue, non-Mormons (the same ones that voted for Obama) voted for marriage = 1 man + 1 woman. I am ex-mo and voted no, but next go around I will vote yes and donate.
