Williams' absence could haunt Utah Jazz

However, you miss the much bigger picture. How many close games will we pull out later in the season and how competitive will we be once the playoffs start because key support players have had to perform when games are on the line. As you might recall, this has been a wonderful formula for the Spurs, our regular season and playoff nemesis.
The potential gains far outweigh the loss of 2 or 3 games lost because the stars were hidden...
The Jazz didn't have home court advantage in the first round last year. We were on the road against Houston, just like the year before it. The Jazz did have the 4 seed because they won the division, but the Rockets finished with a better record. As a journalist you should probably know that!
And for most of the rest of you: I don't know how you can even enjoy watching sports when you constantly feel that the leagues are "rigged" or that the Jazz just want to "make the playoffs" or that they "don't want to win championships." What happened to good ol' faithful fans who cheer and believe their team can go all the way! I just hope there are some of those fans left!!
