intaking food high in fat results in a building up feeling in the chest. it doesnt cause heart attacks; to much excitement does. people already at their maximum body weight should have the chicken free salad with some dressing that is easy to digest. also, plain rice or lightly buttered noodles. daily requirements for some foods have been reduced; such as bread need only be one slice. a little cereal without milk and sugar and hard to digest fruit is a nice change from cow tackling.
