Nevill is Soft

When does Luke (use the force) show a mean streak? I wish he would knock someone down and talk some smack. If he doesn't get mean, he'll simply be a tall dorky guy that gets his 12 points and 7 rebounds. Show us something this year!

The next few games will give us an idea of how good this Ute team is. Certainly they have the experience they've lacked the past few years.

Go Utes!

Forget it

Luke is soft and lazy. Take what you can get from him. He'll show flashes and then show his lame side.
I'm sick of hearing about his potential.

Sorry

Sorry but the Babtist game does count and is a big red A on the Utes chest all year long. Any ranking that rates the utes this high is unreliable. Garbage in Garbage out!

I'm excited for Jimmy Ball!
I do wish we would get a tough as nails point guard, like Mark Jackson....I'm a little concerned that we're just going with a bunch of combo guards.
That said, Jimmy knows more than I do and in Jimmy I trust!

to: sorry sack

Don't you mean the Southwest Baptist University Bearcats?

one word: spellcheck

To Sorry:
The game against Southwest Baptist U doesn't count in the realtimerpi standings. That's what the article means...The Utes were awesome last weekend and they'll only get better and better as the season goes on!

update on reatimeRPI.com

it lists Utah as #5 (sos 19), BYU as #94 (sos 237)

The loss to Southwest Baptist was embarrassing. However, it's nice to see the Utes recover and restore some confidence in the fan base. Overall, I'd say this is probably a 18-22 win team. Not quite a tournament team yet, but it will show enough to validate our hopes of future success under Boylen.

Why do both our football and basketball programs schedule such week oponents? I hate seeing Utah scheduling better teams at both football and basketball.
