Kudos to the prosecutor | 8:10 a.m. Nov. 20, 2008
Officer Skinner's death was tragic and unnecessary, and I hope Mr. Fisher spends a long, long time in prison for his crimes.

But the prosecutor deserves praise for his unbiased reading of the law, instead of stretching it to fit the circumstances in order to convict someone no matter how much he might deserve it.
SHOCKED | 9:54 a.m. Nov. 21, 2008
I am shocked that Davis County did the right thing here. It has been my experience that DC will do all they can to protect and cover themselves.

I agree with Kudos. The prosecutor deserves praise.
