Okay, why would you EVER throw a soda at a man wearing a meat cleaver as a necklace? Wouldn't that be a natural sign that, oh, I don't know... he has a screw or two loose?

I think he got what he deserved. If someone threw soda (nowadays, you don't know what is in that liquid) I'm coming after that individual with a shotgun I wear strapped to my leg.

I wonder if the guy with the meat cleaver was a fan of Insane Clown Possee, widely known as Jugalo's. These guys favor the hatchet or cleaver, would wear it around their neck to identify as a Jugalo, and would be dumb enough to use it over an insult.

Anyone know more about the attacker?

The attacker sounds like he is a member of the ICP "family" ICP stands for the "insane clown posse" they are a rap group that has a very dedicated following. In some parts of the Country local Law Enforcement has classified tham as a Gang. Many of their "members" have been known to carry "hatchets". I'm an Officer in Colorado and I have come across them before.

America needs to ban meat cleavers!!!! Or at least require a background check and carry permit for them. (is there a Nation Cleaver Association?)

I thought it was a filet knife that he wore around his neck. Where did the meat cleaver come from.
