Here we go again! | 7:43 a.m. Nov. 16, 2008
Even though I don't want to say it it looks as though the Jazz are going to have another horrible road team. Loses to the KNICKS,CAVS,BOBCATS and the winless Wizards. After all these years of being a Jazz Fan I am begining to think our franchise is destined to be a medicore. Sincerely,

A disapointed fan,

Why do people think the Jazz are going to have a bad season? They were competitive WITHOUT Three of their best players!! Take away three BEST players from any other team in the NBA and they would struggle. Yes they lost some road games, but they weren't blown out in any of those games. Besides, look at the valuable time some of the newer players are getting. Kufous is looking pretty good and seems to be learning alot as he goes. Sincerely,

NOT a disapointed fan!

Re- Disapointed fan
Obviously you aren't much of a fan because any real fan would know that yeah we lost a few games, but we were playing without our best player. We were also playing without two former all stars. Im so sick of all of you bandwagon fans. If you would have told me before the season that we'd have a winning record without dwill I would not have believed it. All of you so called fans that are losing hope I can't wait till you try to hop back on the wagon when D will is back, because we don't want you back on the wagon. Imagine how the lakers would be without 3 of their best players. Look how the spurs are this year with 2 of them out. Hornets without cp3, cavs without king james. The list goes on. You can't win in the nba without your best players.

We need a coaching change. Coach Sloan seems to be out of touch with the young talent on this team.I have a hard time understanding the logic in many of his coaching decisions. Alot of it has to do with hard headed egotism. Why he put Almond on Lebron James in the 4th quarter is beond me unless he was just trying to prove to Almond what a horribe defender he is.Those kind of head games do not win ball games. We have the talent on this team what is lacking is leadership right now.

if any other team in the NBA, any team, played on the road without three of their main starters including their franchise player, they would be blown out by any of these teams. Give the Jazz some credit, at least they did compete.

disapointed fan: Please finally go away. We don't need your fair-weather fandome any more. If you can't recognize what happens when a team is out Deron Williams, Kirilenko, Okur and Harpring, well you should turn your TV set off and cry yourself to sleep.

GO JAZZ!
I don't care | 10:44 a.m. Nov. 16, 2008
I don't care if they have to hate the other team, i don't care what it takes, get angry or whatever, whatever it takes, every team has good players. the jazz had a lead in every game, they can jump on a team, but against good players, you can't let up.
it's tough if the shots don't fall, so make sure the shot's fall.
put these guys into thinkig about next year.

Without the starters or not, this was a winnable game.
Sloan was out coached again.

Seems strange to me that mediocre coaches can win championships with teams with far less talent than the Jazz. How many places can a coach remain with the same team for 20+ years and not win a title? Non that I can think of. Granted, the injuries have got to take a mental and physical toll on a team. I hope that this is the year the Jazz and Sloan can get over the hump. If not, perhaps it is time for some new blood. Getting a different coach doesn't mean that the previous coach was bad. Sloan had done a heck of a good job throughout the years, but the "wait till next year" philosophy is getting old.

I never liked the way Sloan coached in the days of Malone and Stockton. Then the past two years I thought he made some good changes to his horrible habits. Now he is back to his old ways of coaching. He disappoints me. Horrible game day coach. Great practice coach. OH wait, I forgot, the assistants do most the coaching during practice.

How can you say that sloan is out of touch, he is in the top five in all-time wins. The players need to adjust to him not the other way around. Many of you think the season is already a bust, many teams in the west are struggling. The jazz will be fine if they get healthy and buy into the program. Sloan is based our hard work and smarts, a few of these new guys need to realize that.

CJ is a bum!
I was happy | 6:05 p.m. Nov. 16, 2008
I watched the game last night expecting us to get blown out by the Cavs, since we were down so many players and on a potentially confidence-beating losing streak. BUT, I was pleasantly surprised with the performance. Was the game winnable? Maybe, but probably not. To give that good of a fight minus 4 of our best players was impressive if you ask me.

To the Sloan haters--without Sloan we would have been blown out in all these games and our bench would be virtually useless. Very few players leave the Jazz and continue to be any good. If Boozer leaves, lets see how great he is without the Jazz around him. He would be useless without the Sloan system, as would most of our players.

You think we were outcoached last night? Ridiculous. Mike Brown couldn't coach a paper bag to blow away in the wind! LeBron is the coach of that team!

And to the CJ hater--and all the others out there--I think he has shown why he is starting. He is a great defender and makes some great shots. With more time he will be a valuable part of the team. Just watch.

CJ is the best thing to happen to the JAZZ

While it has been disappointing to watch us lose to some pretty average teams. We know we can at least stay in it until the end without some of our best players. When we get the main 3 back (sorry Harpring) I think we will be just fine. I was suprised to see we didn't lose by 20 or 30 to the Cavs, so in my book that is a moral victory to say the least. We now know that our backup PG's can handle it while Williams rests, Koufus is a legit sub, and Millsap will always deliver. It may be rough until we are at least 90% healthy, but we will be fine. Let's just pray that Boozer stays healthy now!!!
Get guts | 8:21 p.m. Nov. 16, 2008
The bench is getting a great opportunity with most of the starters out. I thought they did pretty well, but yea, don't stand in obvious awe on the floor when LeBron passes by and dunks one in your face. Get some guts boys, show us what you got! You're all we've got!

I love Cj
miles | 12:18 a.m. Nov. 17, 2008
i thought c.j played well the last 2 games i'm not real sure why he did not play in the 4th??when korver is not making his shot he is freakin worthless get him off the floor.. i think millsap could maybe guard lebron (no one else could) he is pretty quick & could play him physical too, bottom line is lebron is just a freak of nature.
