What will the utes do? Do they run the score against the worst defense in the
conference with their first string and risk injury or do they get a lead and
then sit the starters to keep them safe? It should be an easy win.

Need to come out strong, get a big lead by half time, and rest the starters.
OSU won and is still in control of their own destiny for a Rose Bowl.
So, after next week win, Utah will be in BCS bowl.

This is for all the Ute fans talking about how bad BYU's defense is. San
Diego St just scored more points on you than they did against BYU. Oh, and by
the way, BYU gave Air Force its worst beating this year, not the "mighty
Utes".

Northern Iowa scored 17 on the zoobs, Utah State dropped 14, Washington 27
points, TCU 32, Unlv dropped 35 and how about colorado state scoring 42 on the
mighty coug defense? Face it, if it wasn't for their pathetic schedule,
the cougs would be unranked and hoping to get a bowl invite. BYU IS OVERRATED.

Are you kidding? Did you follow the game? The Utes rested their starting offense after the first two posessions of the second half, when the score was a respectable 42-14. Two TDs off interceptions.
So Utah hater ask SDSU if they ran up the score or ust could avoid scoring at will.
Just wait 'til next week, when the Utes really run up the score.

Wrong again, BYU fan. The subs keep scoring and 2 touch downs came from the
subs on the DEFENSE!
I honestly don't believe that BYU fans should be passing judgment on what is / is not class. Nice try though...I'm sure it makes you feel important.

Ok, you got us. San Diego scored 2 more points against Utah than they did
against BYU, but we've already scored 63 points against San Diego, and BYU
only scored 41 points against San Diego. That's a 20 point bigger range
than the range between BYU and San Diego. Oh, and BYU had home field advantage
against San Diego and Utah didn't. BYU did 7 points better against Air
Force, and 15 points better on New Mexico. They did have home court advantage
on New Mexico where Utah didn't. While you might like those two results, I
like three other comparisons better! Utah killed Colorado State, and BYU just
barely beat Colorado state by 3. Utah doubled UNLV's score, and BYU just
barely beat UNLV by 7. Both BYU wins were last minute wins. Finally, Utah beat
TCU, and BYU was creamed by TCU!

Yes BYU's defense is weak, but the offense more that makes up for it.
It will be a high scoring game, and it will come down to the last play...Hall to Pitta...BYU wins in the final minutes for the 3rd year in a row.

Better yet, compare next week's score when Utah gives BYU such a pasting
that a last minute score won't be able to undo! Utah by 2 (TDs that is)

Just what we wanted. The Utes are y, over-confident, and ready for a big
let-down. The nation will watch next week as the Cougs put the hammer on the
Utes! And, as always, half of Lavell Edwards Stadium (North) will be blue.

Running the score comment always make me shake my head. Why not score as much as
you can. Should they pity lesser teams. Do the other teams need a hug and a
kiss from their mommy. This is NCAA level football, not some 10-year olds
playing flag-football. Coach Whitingham should not try to score less, this is
top-flight college ball. What is more demeaning to a team, getting blasted, or
getting blasted and then have the other team hold back as to not hurt
anyone's feelings. Congrats Coach W. on a good Win.
Oh, and feel free to "run the score" next week, I think that the kitty cats can handle it.

To all the Utes that keep saying that playing the game at Rice-Echos is a big
advantage...ha ha ha. I guess it is the only game of the year that is a
guaranteed sellout for U! To bad only people wearing blue will storm the field
at the end of the game. I think Brian Johnson is already thinking how he will
choke this game away. Plus Andy "the genius" Ludwig is sure to run
some more great trick plays, seeing they worked so well against TCU. Utah is
going to be beat down come Saturday!

money". Who needs the BCS money? BYU's already ahead of the
conference in every way. All the BCS money will do will be to allow the rest of
