Ute fans, keep running your mouths... it's hilarious! You do realize that
all you are doing when you post on articles about the Y and dribble like this is
reinforcing your role as little brother? You're inferiority complex is
very flattering. I have been going to Y games for over 25 years now and I can
honestly say (other than when the Y and U are playing each other) that I have
never seen a sign about the Utes at a BYU game, yet at every U game I have seen
this season there is some sign trying to mock or degrade the Y... Hey Ute fans
that is what an INFERIORITY COMPLEX looks like!

So, let me get this right. BYU fans are classless and self-absorbed? If you
think this is the case, I would invite any of you to read the posts here, the
ones after the Utah/TCU game, and especially the ones after the BYU/TCU game.
Well over half of the BYU fans were gracious after the Utah beat TCU, and
rightfully so. Yes, there's that other half that were classless and
obnoxious, but compare that to the posts here from the Utes.
One of my favorites on both sides are all of the comments that lump ALL Cougar and Ute fans into one small bucket. ONE fan posts something obnoxious or stupid, and all BYU/Ute fans are stupid and obnoxious.
So now, why so bitter?

to bad you don't read or post on ute stories because you would find just as
many Why? fans there as Ute fans here, or MORE. To Mister "Leave me alone
and let me enjoy cheering for my team. Get a life already." Go nack and
read the comments on the Ute article during the TCU game. You will find MANY
BYWho fans not leaving the UTE fans alone. This is why BYWho fans are hated,
you are hipocrites. Oh By the way, who ever said thos win should put you into
the top 10 or the BCS is Bias, you need to be commited because your freaking
NUTS. SDSU is abysmal. remember your Defense is slow and yyour best db is out.

Can any of you do the quick math and let me know where you think BYU and Utah
will be in the BCS polls if BYU, a team that really matches up better than you
do head to head, wins out and both teams finish 11-1, with BYU beating you in
the last game?
Remember, the BYU that beat you two years year in a row, including LES north two years ago, Beck to Harline?

I find it funny that Uties are commenting on what a bad opponent SDSU is. Guess
what, you play them next week! It's called a conference game, we all play
each other, remember? SDSU will still have multiple injuries that affect the Ute
game as well? So does that make your win any less worthy next week? Where is
your logic?
Oh, and they scored 12 because BYU doesn't try onsides kicks when they are up 40. They actually play their 2nd string when the game is out of hand.

BYU is the BEST team in the conference, hands down. Utah will have no chance to
pull off a huge upset. Utah has no defense, the only real defense that will take
the field is the one in BLUE.
Max Hall should win the Heisman, because hands down he is the best quarterback in the land.

Okay, someone has to say it. If it wasn't for Louie Sakoda, Utah would have
at least 3 losses on their schedule. Not only that but with the luck you had
last game (2 missed field goals), you should have run across the border to
Wendover to cash in on it. That the Utes even think they're the powerhouse
of the conference is laughable. Louie is NFL bound. He's your money man.
All your pathetic offense has to do is get within 40 yards of the endzone and
you'll get 3 which explains your win tally. It's beyond me how the
Utes can think their offense has any place in these victories. Louie is your
leading scorer. Props to the Utah defense, not the best, but with Louie
they're saving your bacon. It will be a great game on the 22nd between
BYU's offense and Utah's defense. I think between those two, advantage
BYU. Even if BYU's defense isn't on it's A-game, they should
still be able to handle the paltry offense that the Utes are putting up. Just
keep Louie out of that 45 yard range and it'll be over.

Utah's defense gave Wyoming 10 more yards offense than they gave you. It's not all about defense, It's not about blocked field goals. It's about missed field goals by a freshman kicker. 1) I am very proud of BYU win today against 142 ranked team SDSU
2) I was also very (emotionally) proud of the win over UW (0-8 and still looking for first win)
3) I was overflown with Cougar after the win over NIA
4) I was extremely happy when BYU defeated UCLA (now 3-6)

Solid win BYU. Now you have to hold serve against a pesky Air Force team
(knocking on the door of the Top 25 with a 8-2 record---imagine if they could
have knocked off Navy...) to set up the HOLY WAR on Nov. 22nd. Very good chance
the Utes will be 11-0.
BYU will move ahead of TCU (simply because of their record, NOT because they are actually playing better), but BYU will probably not move ahead of OK State (currently losing to TTech).
The only team the Utes will likely move ahead of this week is Boise State (in those crazy polls that had the Broncos ahead of the Utes).
USC will only drop below the Utes if they lose to Cal (which would be great, by the way) and Penn State will likely drop several places but remain one ahead of the Utes.
TCU will stay in the polls by virtue of losses by Maryland, GaTech and WVA (which is poised to fall to Cincy).

They'll be looking forward to providing a little pay back. They won't say much. They'll just go about their business.

wow, i can;t believe that BYU fans are this stupid. they beat a pathetic team
with only one win and all of the sudden they are back in the top ten and in the
hunt for the national championship. holy cow! I know Utah plays SDSU next
week, and I am not looking past it, but come on. When UTAH beats SDSU all it
will prove is that we are still without a loss, and SDSU is PATHETIC. And by
the way, if you call Max hall throwing a GThouchdown pass to "King
Collie" in the fourth quarter "pulling the starters when the game is
out of hand" you need some help with your football terminology. BYU
played good, and won bug, but the other team was bad. and who ever said BYU
maches up better head to head is an idiot. Paul Kruger will have max hall on
his back all game long and all of our team speed pn offense will run around and
through your slow pathetic defense. Louks will have another CSU game. he is
faster thab the TCU reciever they put in that gave the Y fits!!!
