will be if Boozer found a heart in China, he's the biggest factor that will determine if the Jazz improve or stay where they've been. Of course there are injuries etc. that can't be predicted but we can count on basically everyone else to show up, play hard on both ends of the floor with the exception of Boozer. Hopefully he'll play hard since he's looking for more money in the opt-out year and it will benefit the Jazz. They could win over 60 games, but not with the same effort they got last year.

Jazz don't have to worry about not making the playoff because that won't happen. Jazz is looking more forward to getting that number one spot, i highly doubt any team like the thuggets or jaiblazer can win this division. Jazz is going to fly under the radar until idiots espn anayst jump wagon. Go jazz

My prediction for my beloved Jazz this year is as follows:

Oct-Nov- 13-5
December- 9-6
January- 10-5
February- 7-4
March- 10-5
April- 4-4

Total- 53-29

I think the idea of bringing AK off the bench is genious. The Jazz are in the top 5 best teams in the league. The best teams in not particular order are: Celtics, Lakers, Jazz, Hornets, Spurs. Other tough teams are: Rockets, Cavs, Mavs, Suns.
I like the Jazz chances against any team in the league, but I still think the toughest matchup is the Lakers, if we can contain Odom, we can beat them in a series. We know Kobe will get his, but Odom was the wildcard that killed us. No one is talking about the Jazz but they should be.

The TNT anaylsis predicted the Hornets, Lakers, and Jazz to be the top of the Western Conference. But who knows, we will just have to wait and see.

BOOZER will have to step up his defense, Memo will have to step his up, no team is going to hand the Jazz a conference win or a ring.
I say play every game as if it were the last one, try to do all the things your position as a player requires for your team to win. Help each other, help yourselves. Play as a team and rewards will come.

Houston is also intriguing...if the Artest experiment works out.

I think the Spurs, Suns and Dallas are now a tier below, but all very dangerous. And Portland is probably a year or two away, but could easily win 50+.

I predict Jazz and Lakers will both win 60 games. It will be tough to make it past LA, though. Odom, Bynum and Gasol give Okur and Boozer fits with their size and quickness.

Remember the Jazz started the season 16-16 last year and then we hit our stride with Korver and the distraction of Giricek being GONE! The Jazz finished 38-12. I expect the jazz to win 60 games if I had to put a number on it. I really believe they are that good. The test will be the Lakers in the playoffs. The Jazz will have to go through them at some point.
