Hill is about as liberal as they come and Shurtleff panders to illegal aliens and won't protect young FLDS girls from rape.
Would a decent person that wants to actually uphold the laws on the books PLEASE run...
thats political suicide having Clinton endorse someone in this state. smooth move.
And I was undecided until now.
But I don't like the Clintons.
I voted for Ross Perot years ago.
Now that Hillary endorsed this Hill lady I'm voting for the other guy.
Kinda like getting an endorsement from the UEA!
Imagine Hillary Clinton as U.S. Attorney General and Jean Welch-Hill as Utah Attorney General.
The horror, the horror!
I'm sorry. Ms. Clinton is nuts. What do any of the issues mentioned have to do with the AG's office. When does the Attorney General need to fight "for quality public education", "affordable health care", "for those in need". I suppose that if you defined "those in need" carefully it could be applicable to the AG's office but that is it. This isn't an activist position. It is a Law Enforcement position. If these are your issues, you should run for the legislature not the AG. Talk about scary. And to think that I voted for Ms. Hyphenation just because I don't personally think much of Mr. Shurtleff. That was probably a mistake.
I'm a democrat and think that it is quite an honer to have Hillary Clinton endorsing Ms.Hill. You have had my vote all along but this is just the icing on the cake.. It's too bad that the narrow minded Mormons in Utah can't think for themselves and let their husbands tell them who to vote for. Our country has not been as financially strong since the Clinton were in office.
