Both point gurad play great! I hope Jerry just rotate them behind william, like price will backup williams in the first quarters and Knight in the second, price in the third and knight in fourth. that would be sufficient enough for me.

Putting another short guy on the floor. That should help our team defense.

Knight had four steals last night. I believe that when a player steals the ball from the other team it keeps them from scoring.

Miles needs to grow-up | 11:21 a.m. Oct. 24, 2008
I understand you like CJ, but why do you feel the need cut on good players like Brevin. He has always been a hustle player and a good defender. Did your Mother not teach you manners? If you don't have anything nice to say...

I don't recall saying anything about CJ in my post. The reason we lose games is everyone can shoot over us at the guard line. Last time I looked, this is the NBA, not college. We give up way too many 3's every year due to guys draining the 3 on a kick out or shooting over our guards.
Miles, did you watch the game | 1:14 p.m. Oct. 24, 2008
As I saw it, Brevin's height did not play any part in defense. It may have improved it. Did you see Outlaw fronted by AK, hand right in his face? He still drained it over AK. Did you see Brevin play tenacious D on Outlaw a short time later and force him to shoot over Brevin and out on the perimeter (he started out much closer)? Having this attitude, Miles (and poor grammatical skills), will not get you far in life...

I am Utah educated so making fun of my grammatical skills is a knock on your own tax dollars at work. And sorry, I know without even asking what you do, I make a LOT more money than you. And who cares if a player makes a great shot once in a while. The object of basketball is to make your opponent make difficult plays. Brevin is not that good or he wouldn't be playing for a new team every year. So you be the Brevin fan and I will stick to CJ.

Re-Miles
I too am Utah educated, but I don't sound like an idiot

The Blazers will have the Jazz's number this year. I expect the teams will meet in the playoffs, and the Blazers will again be the power they once were and beat the Jazz.
Miles, please... | 4:33 p.m. Oct. 24, 2008
I'm certain we don't need to discuss your wage compared to my salary. Many teams, Brevin is still a valuable player in the NBA and has been here that long. Not many men his size can say that. It speaks volumes.

Our tax dollars had nothing to do with the amount of time you spent in our classrooms, your choice not to attend a secondary or graduate school, or your parents not making certain you were taught basic social skills. Nor were they to blame for your complacency or lack of desire to better yourself...

Hummm...I wonder why you just can't pick a name a post under one name. What do you have to hide? Afraid the IRS might find you? Or is your ex wife looking for her alimony and child support? My wage compared to your salary would not even be a discussion. Unlike you, I have a college degree and a job. My social skills are fine. I was not the one who went on the personal attack because your boy Brevin wasn't getting any love from me. But I forgot, you are not a jazz fan. Just a wanna-be who probably never played sports a day in his life and got beat up every day at school.
Miles, sheesh | 12:37 a.m. Oct. 25, 2008
Poor, misguided youth. Boastful + Belittling = Low Self Esteem. I'm sorry for whatever it is happened to you to make you feel so bad about yourself. I hope living vicariously through CJ Miles works out for you...
