If a hospital knows that they can't handle ER patients then they should at least have the decency to inform patients to seek another medical facility. The patients should be sueing the hospital for malpractice and patient abuse. There is no excuse for this kind of unjustified medical service. How would this hospital function in a disaster of 10 or 20 patients? How many would die because of their incompetence? As for a nurse looking at a patient, she has no authroity to diagnose or aid ER patients. The cost of the nurse is the hospitals responsibility and not a seperate billing charge. This hsopital should loose its license to operate, it is endangering lives, killing patients, and not giving reasonable or needed services. It is operating with pure incompetance and inability to function as a health care treatement center. Closing them would save lives and prevent suffering. A 30 minute wait is streching the need for ER patients care and is deplorable. It would be interesting to see what a judge says about wether this person should pay any kind of money to this hospital. An attorney general should be investigaing this facility.
