That's because whenever there is a decent latino teacher, the district pushes them into administration.

If they are a good teacher, keep them in the classroom.

Well, I was in the program and I want to be a teacher, not administration. Like I mentioned I want to change someone's world and that can be done in the classroom. Also, I love literature so I'm going into English. I don't plan on going into administration.
