    i recently retired oct.of 08.my story has been a pain in my side ever since i made a deal with joan steed of duchesne mini ranches and purchased a 2.5 acre lot.july of 07,and paid in full a total of 34,950 and one payment of 150.00 for 08 property owners dues.i was promised construction and deeding would begin in this area summer,2008 stated in the building sales contract.so,getting close to retirement sept,08 i called numerous times with no response from joan steed,when i got through i demanded deed as promised.joan steed stated,the area was not finalized.but you can come up and we can swap lots.i live in so.ca.,we made a deal,i wanted the lot i viewed and purchased.after all the phone calls,incnveniences of waiting and time spent researching,consulting with a lawyer i decided to request a full return of my money.in a letter i rec'd dated jan 17,09 joan steed stated,my intention was to refund the amount specified with 90 days of my receipt of this letter.as of today,no resonse.more.

    these folks should pay there taxes after they get out of jail
