of course they will challenge evidence from Texas. That's a good defense attorney's job - to protect their client.
And since the evidence includes their client sticking his tongue down a 12 yr old's throat, I'd try to get it out of evidence too.
realitycheck: As I have been admonished by several FLDS members there is no evidence that his tongue was down her throat. I could care less where his tongue was how ever you look at it to a NORMNAL person it is SICK, SICK, SICK!
Of course the FLDS say "there's no evidence". Their boy is in prison.
Just the fact that they believe he's a prophet - and that being a "prophet" is handed down from father to son - puts their judgement in question (to be polite about it).
If I say my dad was a prophet and so now I am one - you think I could get a lot of people to follow my rules, especially the crazy ones? So sad that people can be so gullible. I guess being isolated and told something since birth, then you'll believe anything.
I'm most amused that they believe this pedo is a prophet but think dinosaurs never existed. Now that's funny.
