If a child was present, doesn't that also add to the charges with child endargement? Also, was this Sandy or White City?

This guy sounds like a ticking time bomb. He needs to be put away for a long time. This gives new meaning to anger issues. He told this woman he had killed before and I'll bet he has. Lock him up and toss the key.
Frightening. | 2:03 p.m. Oct. 15, 2008
Has there been any investigation into the man's statement that he had killed before? This is very frightening. Why was he not incarcerated or at least in an environment that would not have allowed him to destroy lives? I am sure that his brother must have felt he was doing a great loving service to bring him into the home of his wife and family. He did it at the expense of his wife and family. The price was not his to pay. There is no excuse for endangering your family. Many people think that it is their duty to take in those who are in need, but not at the cost of your own lives. There must be much, much more to this story than is being told.
What's wrong with people? | 2:31 p.m. Oct. 15, 2008
The story says nothing about the uncle being in the picture. Just that this loser shared a residence with the aunt by marriage. I'm going to assume the aunt was older than the 21 year old loser. What was wrong with her? I would never be in that position. When I divorce my husband, that's bye bye to his side of the family. I won't have any neices or nephews by marriage. As far as I'm concerned they all belong with their family, not mine. No more relations "by marriage".

What does the man's intellectual level have to do with it? Probably nothing. Sounds like he has mental illness issues to me. The pronouncement of already being a murderer sounds perhaps like he is just boasting to make himself feel more adequate and to cause fear and impress her. As far as the $250.000 bond. That would take a $25,000 cash bond and who has that kind of money? Hope he gets a pyschiatric evaluation.
Been there | 6:16 p.m. Oct. 15, 2008
Many, many of my generation have killed before, and have never used it as an excuse to kill again. BUt ours was "legal" in Viet Nam thanks to President Johnson. I hope this loser is not a Vet for I would hate to see him as a representive of the Army.
