It was an interesting game to watch. So much action-both ways. Give East the credit they deserve. They never gave up and kept on playing, especially in the third quarter when East really came on strong and made a game of it. I wondered if Cottonwood had forgot there was a third quarter and figured their lead was sufficient to win. They returned for the fourth quarter. Congratulations to the Colts and their coaches for a good overall game. I have never seen a High School runner like Isi. He is fantastic and the advantage to watching him on TV is we get to see it over and over and wonder how he can get through some of the tackles.

Come on East, let's hear the excuses!!!!

ok cottonwood its ok to support your team but don't be unrealistic in saying cwood is the best team in the state. Yes they are good but its the fans like you that everybody around the state gets annoyed with.
To Anonymous at 10:16 a.m. cwood will never hear the end of "recruitment". It isn't a valid argument anymore. Blame open-enrollment not a hard working program. We have respect from the people who aren't so narrow-minded.
Give props to both teams, East started moving the ball at will in the 3rd quarter, i had thoughts about leaving at half time but im glad i stayed and saw east show signs of life.
I respect east they have done much better than they were expected to this year. They are good on both sides of the ball. I hope they do well in the playoffs.

the last 2 times that Timpview has played Cottonwood it was AT Timpview.

2 years ago that was a marginal 3rd place team.

Last year lots of talent but lots of distarctions and a terrible coin flip for a 3rd place finish

This year the only place we can meet is a Rice Eccles. we will both spend 2 games at home and 2 at the RES to FINALLY make one of the most anticipated matchups happen on level ground.

Cottonwood, you haven't won any state titles, we've demolished you the past 2 years, en route to back to back titles, most of our dbs have d-1 offers, most of our linemen have d-1 offers, in fact, most of our team has d-1 offers, we're undefeated, we have arguably the best coaching in the state, we are undefeated this year, and unlike you, we actually know how to finish a season undefeated, most of the media refer to us as Timpview U.
