The US has always had other governments telling us that we can't shoot back if it's gonna be in their country; yet they do nothing to prevent their dirtbags from shooting into ours.
My personal philosophy is - You shoot at me; I'm gonna' kill you. That's because you might not miss the next time; and, that's a chance I ain't gonna' take.
To that country's leader I say, "Your shooter didn't stop his bullet at the border so why should I?"
The same principle applies to our military. Someone shoots at them they should have the right to shoot back, no matter where it came from!
