I wonder how kirilinko will perfom? Does anyone think he could play the position permanently? Wed have someone in there who could play defense...
I say let him sit until he's 100%, I've had hamstring injuries and they can be tough, you think you're better and then one wrong step and you are set back two weeks. The last thing we need need is Boozer making excuses about his health. I mean it's not like he's fighting for his starting spot or anything.
Before anybody start screaming for Boozer head. This okay, I hope Boozer don't play until last preseason game, get the hammy under control and come out healthy! Go Boooooooooooooozer!!!!!!!! ur the man
So much for experimenting with Kirilenko coming off the bench . . . .
I like to watch the Jazz play without Boozer. The other players more than make up for his absence and they are more fun to watch in my opinion.
I can think of only one of the regulars who I think the Jazz can't afford to be without, Deron Williams. May he be as durable as John Stockton.
so Boozer isn't going to play again....I'm shocked! I'm glad he's on our team eating up all that salary so we can't use that money on someone with at least a shred of heart. He'll be laughing and enjoying his seat behind the bench acting like the big-shot that he is. As a long time season ticket holder I'll be glad when he's gone next year. I just hope the Jazz can figure out a way to get something out of him before he literally takes his money and runs.
Was Boozer's ham sore during the olympics???
one of my biggest fears is that he does play well this year, and the jazz management decide that they cannot do without him. There are some players who have the contract year effort only to get fat with a paycheck after, and booz is the prime example
I don't think this is a surprise he is hurt, oh well.
It's a preseason game people. you guys are acting like it's the playoffs. Here is a newsflash for you. nobody even gets paid during the preseason except the camp fodder with 10 day contracts. My goodness utah sports fans are dumb and they probably are BYU fans also so go figure.
only a preseason game not the nba finals people.
If you really think boozer is just a guy that eats up our salary than your a moron. There is only one player to blame for you insecurity and thats AK who will ruin our team. Time to take him out back and shoot him before that happens
Why do we think that Boozer will change. He's got his money, he's good enough to get 20 and 10 a night without playing with a lot of heart. He is what he is...He will never be a guy that puts a team on his back let alone one who will get dirty going after a loose ball or standing up to physical play. He's content to just be Boozer.
And to answer the question about him playing hurt in the Olympics...He didn't play so how could he get hurt?
Until Boozer gets hurt diving into the stands or shows me he has the heart to pay the price to get to the NBA Finals...He'll just be a guy that's just good enough...Remember good will always be the enemy to great!
My goodness good golly I count my blessings knowing that you are here to set me straight.
People, it's only preseason. People.
I don't live in Utah and never went to BYU, but I do know someone who does. It is crazy hard to get into that school (who wudda thunk it?). He said the average High School GPA to get in was 3.8 and a 36??? on the ACT. Is that true? That's insane - Duke type level qualifications. So your comment about BYU students being "dumb" just doesn't stick.
where did you learn to speak english?
i do not like boozer
Boozer is just another one of those cry babies who can't get off the bench and grow up and be a big boy.
3.8, 36 NOPE, not true at all. my wife is a byu grad and she easily got in with a GPA under 3.8 and a 30 ACT. however, the post said "fans" not "students" and there does seem to be a dumbness thats goes along being a byu fan--at least in the realm of sports.
