Libertarian presidential candidate Bob Barr is on the ballot in 45 states according to Ballot Access News.

Can you say there is no justice in America. The Supreme Court and every appointed government court has a conflict of interest. The Louisiana Board of Election offices were closed the week of September 2 - 5th. So how is it that the Republicans and Democrats managed to file on September 5th? Deadlines are deadlines in Louisiana but deadlines are flexible in Texas. Or more likely deadlines are flexible and paperwork backdated if you file as a Republican or a Democrat.
