Unfortunately they won't do much time not matter what. My son was burned by his biological father and given 1 to 15 yrs. even though the state prison recomended he not be released the parole board did so. Prompting us to move to another state to protect our son. The perp only did 4 yrs. what a joke. 4 years for a crime that almost killed my son. He lay in a chemically induced coma for almost 3 weeks while the Dr.s couldn't tell us if he would live...... 4 yrs.
