As an Internet Safety expert, I would say this: "If you buy into this article, then it's safe to say - almost 100% of teens, tweens, young adults and millions of adults are at risk."
As a side note, Facebook just announced that it has 15-billion photos at its site and "serves up" 300,000 per second.
