How does an environmental impact statement provide money?

Air filters? Aren't those called trees?

Start on the south end, road infrastructure is seriously lacking to support the population. Plus the 2100 N tie in to I-15 will start within the next year as well.

Great idea, build four lane road from I-15 to where? An already congested Redwood Road? The 2100 North Corridor connects i-15 to... that's right... CAMP WILLIAMS!!

Memo to the residents of Saratoga Springs and Eagle Mountain: This will not help you! You were sold a bill of goods from UDOT and they know it. Your East/West connector is already being built along 10th south, in a much more logical location.
