Moderation in all things. people need to drink less energy drinks and more water. Caffeine is good if used wisely. It also always helps my asthma attracts and headaches. People just need to learn that 8 cans of super juice day will NOT make them feel better than just one or two. I know.

Have a heart

I was warned by a cardiologist to stay away from energy drinks because they could magnify the little heartbeat irregularities that I had.
That was enough for me!

If people are intelligent enough? They will know when enough is enough. Most people who have heart problems know enough not to indulge in energy drinks. However, like RON said,- MODERATION IN ALL THINGS.

They are only "energy drinks" because of the huge amount of sugar which taken in excess can kill brain cells, cause depression, diabetes, poor balance and affect your memory. The more you take in your body the more the body craves. Melaleuca has the "access bar" which in fact does not contain high amounts of sugar and it gives you energy and cuts the lactic acid that causes you to be tired. Athletes use them every day as I do for my walking. They are yummy and good for you and they work.
