Now that you done with the weakest pre-season schedule in the history of utah high school football...Bingham is on the horizion and your "perfect" record is going in the tank. I predict a 30-40 point blow out. I now see how your coach keeps his job. Scheduling horrible teams in the preseason and barely beating them. If you had alta or binghams schedule you would be 0-5 right now. Hey coach why not quit wasting time and try to get the Jags in to 3A.

The Jags seem to be having a good turn-around season. I think everyone can agree that WJ is looking much better than it did last year. While there have been some questionable games, I'd have to say that they are making progress and their defense should keep games interesting, no matter who they play. It shows a lot about their team's character to be able to pull out the close ones.

As for insulting people on their inability to use correct grammar or spelling, give it up. It just makes you look like an annoying know-it-all who has no better comeback than complaining about grammar...

Okay. I've never played football but hey i'm a girl. But I know quite a bit about it. I've got some friends on the team. We may not have the perfect team. But that DOESN'T mean we can't win. Maybe if people were to put more faith into the football team. Not just show up and already expect to have a bad game and expect to lose then they will win!! We just need more confidence. Come on now give WJ some credit we are still good!! Oh and i'm thnking that it's gonna be 10-0. Being postive never hurt anyone, while being negitive has.

Oh and i agree about the complaining about grammar maybe you should have a better point and use you time better because it's grammar come on now only teachers correct us on that. Who cares if some of us have better things to do then sit around correcting grammar come on people do you really have nothing better to do then correcing people and being a pain!

There is absolutely now way this team is going to go 10-0. I've seen many a Jaguar team come and go and this one is far from the best West Jordan has put out.

I'm predicting a 6-4 season and out in the first round of the playoffs. They don't have the type of character to pull it together.

I'm disappointed in the comments of one of the team captains in this article. I've never heard a captain brag himself up that way before.

The Jaguars should be proud of their 5-0 record, as should any team. Even if it is against a soft schedule. But you still have to go out and win the games on the field, and especially if they are all away from home. My hats are off to the team and staff.
But, as Long time Jag Fan said, this is not one of WJ's best all-time teams. It may struggle in region, but it still has a chance against anyone.
The Jags best chances involve playing sound basic fundamental football. No turnovers, few penalties, and correct execution.
I wish WJ's team well as they travel onward. Hopefully they can put it all together and win a few region games and get to the playoffs. Then, anything goes!!

Face reality WJ. You're not as good as you think. You've played five teams that have won six games. That's not something to brag about. Good job on winning but play someone that's won maybe more then one or two games before you start saying you're the best. Bingham is going to dominate you friday.
