I suppose they received enough complaints that they decided it wasn't wise to hold the people of Utah hostage for their own selfish greed.
I'm still waiting to see the execs bonus packages. Gee, I wonder how much they could cut off the top in order to save us some money? No, I doubt we'll see that any time soon.
at first glance I thought the headline said utility unplugs tantrum, which is really a more appropriate description of their behavior.
