Dire situations call for dire actions.

I would propose DWR have the law changed that would allow quarantining these three or future lakes, prohibiting boating and require boat owners in suspected lakes to decontaminate.

I may not fully understand that nature of this pest but these three lakes cannot become all of Utah's lakes. I understand that back East it is epidemic.
