The 55 and older job fair is a good idea and should be done in other counties like Salt Lake, toolee, and Utah. Davis seems the only county interested in helping older and retired indivicuals that still want to work. We may not have the physical abilities of a teenager but our experience and knowledge should be put to use and not left to waste away. Schools could benefit greatly from our experience and knowledge in many jobs but rules are too strict to allow the use of individuals because they don't have teaching degrees.
