This is an incredible account. An inspiration yet one man's tragedy. We all have experiences that are noteworthy but don't bother to write them down. I hope this story is publishable for others to glean and KNOW there is a God. May He bless this family with Rev. Turner's legacy of Love and service. I am listening to a song on my blog, "You raise me up," Coincidently? No. Mike, thank you for your contribution. God is with you.

Didn't you read the story? His enduring question was why would a just God allow him to suffer so needlessly. He sounds like a decent man, too bad God did not live up to his standards.
To: "Know" there is a God?
I think God did live up to Rev. Turner's standards. I am convinced that those who truly believe in God always want to know and understand more clearly the mind of God and the why's and wherefore's of this mortal existence in comparison to the Spiritual reality that exists with God. I am not of the same faith as this good man, but I feel it is insensitive and unfair to imply that his faith was lacking - or that in some way he was complaining to his maker. I respect and admire him and hope in my life I can be as strong and dedicated as Rev. Turner has been in his life.
